Jenna has close on 10 years of experience educating and empowering change in the nutrition industry. Jenna believes that health involves all aspects of physical, mental, and social wellbeing. The world of nutrition is saturated with myths and misconceptions, ultimately a lot of noise which leaves consumers confused and frustrated. Jennas approach is to provide practical, sensible knowledge that allows her patients to make positive change.
Jenna is an exercise fanatic and has years of experience in the competitive sporting world. From individual to team sports, single discipline and multidiscipline events, she has found a real passion for sports nutrition, supplementation and developing athletes fuelling strategies to optimise training and maximise performance. Jenna sees a range of patients from those wanting to improve health and wellness, improve their understanding of diet and nutrition in general, to those trying to overcome disordered eating, lose weight or manage symptoms of chronic health conditions.
