Nicci Lefson, a Clinical Psychologist with over 27 years of experience, blends a deep-rooted passion for health and wellness with her career in supporting children, adolescents, and adults. Inspired by the harmony of mind, body, and soul, Nicci’s journey began after the loss of her father at a young age, igniting her commitment to helping others and living a fulfilling life. She is a Functional Medicine Health Coach, who incorporates breathwork, mindfulness, the use of doTERRA essential oils and supplements, and TRE (Tension & Trauma Release Exercises) into her practice. A lifelong learner, Nicci also enjoys cooking, reading, and hosting friends and family at her Johannesburg home, shared with her husband, three children, and two beloved dogs.
