My Journey with Food, Self-Acceptance, and Helping Others Achieve Their Health GoalsAt 24, I faced a difficult
and unexpected life experience. In my struggle, I turned to food for comfort, but I soon realized it only masked my
feelings temporarily. I tried every diet I could find but kept losing and regaining weight, caught in a cycle of
frustration and self-doubt. No matter how I looked on the outside, I couldn’t accept myself on the inside. The
emotional pain I felt was something I wouldn’t wish on anyone else.
That’s when I made a decision: I wanted to dedicate my life to helping others who, like me, were seeking
guidance, motivation, and support in their journey to lose weight and keep it off.
On my journey, I also fell in love with the process of understanding how the right fuel can drive recovery,
performance, and endurance, particularly for athletes of all kinds—whether cycling, swimming, hitting the gym,
doing CrossFit, or functional fitness. I learned that food isn’t the problem; rather, it’s a powerful tool for achieving
our goals when approached with the right mindset.
With time, I gained knowledge and tools that I now share with others. My goal is to help you achieve your health
objectives, guiding you to accept yourself and fully embrace your body.
When I began creating meal plans for my clients, I discovered that weight loss and fitness goals are about more
than just following a diet.
