Biography:
I'm a Functional Medicine Health Coach, with a 20 year background in Healthcare. I have a passion for people's wellbeing, and offer 1:1 or group coaching.
I came across Functional Medicine, after suffering for many years with Adrenal Fatigue, and other health problems. I couldn't get the answers I needed, so started on my own journey to find my health again. I became a Functional Medicine health coach, as I love to help people in the same boat. DNA testing has provided so many answers to my own health problems. I also started my own skincare brand, out of a need for organic ingredients in skincare Bee-utiful Botanicals.
I love working with children, and burned-out women. My special interest is in hormonal imbalances, but I work with other lifestyle diseases too. At the age of 40, I'm at a very emotionally and physically healthy space in my life, and I've gained a lot of knowledge through different courses. I would love to help you on your way to wellness.
